WSBA congratulates our Squad players Ernest Yam, Calvin Hua-Ching, Antony Guan and Lily Rigg who have been selected in the Victoria 1 Team and Pranav Rao, Catherine Mashalidis and Amy Young who have been selected in the Victoria 2 Team.

The 2011 Interstate Series and Regional Teams Challenge will be held at the Altona Badminton Centre on Friday 14th & Saturday 15th January 2011.

The Under 17 matches have been scheduled and play will commence with the U17 Girls Singles, at 8.45am. All girls will be required to be ready to play or umpire at the start of play. Please ensure you are present and warmed up prior to the starting time.

Under 13 matches will commence with Singles, followed by Doubles and Mixed. Scoring for Under 13 events will be one game to 30, rally point scoring.

All players in both age groups will be briefed on the day's play at 8.35am.

The WSBA Community hopes that Michelle will make a rapid recovery after she has her Archilles tendon rejoined on Thursday!

Pps It may be interesting to note that Julie Kragh (VJB Chairman and Junior State Selector) had a fall whilst running with her dogs and broke her ankle in three places last week! Not a good week for VJB Selectors!
